Well Colby got his wisdom teeth out last Friday and he is doing better. He was very calm and relaxed that morning and even on the way to the office, but apparently he was all show!

Cooper and Colby that morning.

Right before surgery!
After the procedure was done the surgeon came and talked to me. She said everything had gone well but it had surprised her that Colby got so anxious. She said that they had to give him a lot of medicine to calm him down (Colby remembers none of this). Once Colby felt steady on his feet, the nurse and I assisted him out of the room. A few steps into the hall and he completely passed out! The nurse and I laid him onto the floor and the surgeon came - gave him oxygen and then put him back into the chair. About 30 minutes later, we safely made it into the car and then home.

Post Pass out
Colby loved having ice packs (or frozen juice cans) on his face and that's probably why he hardly had any swelling.

Colby was a trooper and we are both so glad to have his wisdom teeth out!
